Your Family Tree for no additional cost!

by admin Email

I don't have all the resources available to the major concerns but I can offer to do all I can to help you compile your family tree at no additional cost other than a membership of Digest Family History. All members of Digest Family History can request that I look into their family history and I am willing to do that and add my findings to our family tree. As a member you will be able to see your tree gradually compiled online and become linked with other families already contained on our database.

All I ask is that you have Knottingley or Ferrybridge ancestors and that you submit as much information as you have available to help me along the way. The results of my searches will be included on our family tree and as a member of Digest Family History you will be able to access that at any time during your term of membership. As membership costs from just £2.50 per month that's a really great way of getting your family history compiled for you at the lowest possible cost.

Information Now More Detailed

by admin Email

Although the process is more time consuming I have now begun to include 'more detailed' information with all new individuals added to the Family Tree database. Previously, details of residence has been included as part of the 'Family Group' but now each individual has their recorded residence and occupation listed individually. This provides a much more detailed account of an individuals life and all previous additions to the database will be similarly updated to reflect this new format as they are encountered in the future. You will also find that each new record is now referenced with the source of information.
